- We will accept returns and refund your money if the return is made within 14 calendar days of the date the order was placed.
- The item(s) being returned or exchanged must be unworn, unwashed, unscuffed and in its original condition with the tags attached.
- If the merchandise returned appears to be dirty, worn, washed, or does not have tags it will be sent back to you and you are subject to the return shipping cost. If shoes are purchased, include the original shoe box.
- Any and all sale items are FINAL PURCHASE.
- Gift Cards, earrings, undergarments, Boob-eez Products, bras, camisoles, tights and leggings may not be returned unless they arrive to you damaged.
- Jame's Clothing Boutique reserves the right to refuse your return if not in the condition stated above.
- Refunds are issued back to the original method of payment used when placing the order less the cost of shipping and return.
- Refunds are processed within 10-15 business days of receiving the item(s) you returned. Once the return and the refund have been processed, you will receive a confirmation email.
- Original shipping cost are nonrefundable.
- Jame's Clothing Boutique is not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit.
- Due to the demand and turnover of product, we can not guarantee size exchanges of your returned items. Want to try and exchange for a different size? Go ahead and order the new size and your account will be credited once we recieve your original purchase.
DAMAGES & DEFECTS
- Damages must be reported to [email protected] within 3 days of receiving your order. Please include photographs of the damages in your email.
- Due to photography lenses, lighting, and computer resolutions, patterns and colors may vary- these situations are not considered defects.
TO RETURN AN ITEM, PLEASE FOLLOW THE STEPS BELOW:
- Log into your customer account on www.jamesclothingboutique.com.
- Select 'My Orders' from the side menu.
- Click 'View' on the order of the item that you wish to return.
- At the bottom of the next screen, select 'Return Items'.
- Select the item & quantity to return.
- Select a 'Return Reason'.
- Select a ‘Return Action’ and let us know any additional information we need to know about why you are returning the item.
- Securely pack your merchandise and original invoice in an appropriate shipping box or envelope and mail the package with the return label fastened to the outside.
- Once we receive your package, we will issue a refund, less the cost of original shipping. Please allow 10-15 days for your refund to be processed.
- You will receive an email notifying you of the transaction.
